2./3. Online/Fax or Email
A download of the RFQ Information Request Form is available on GSA Advantage
as well as our website: www.BuildingsMetal.com
On GSA Advantage, the RFQ Information Request Form may be accessed by clicking on
the "RFQ Information Request" link located on the vertical navigation bar on the
left hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the page click on the
"RFQ Info Request Form" Button. Fill in this Word document (.doc)
template and either:
- email the completed form to: bgbloomfield@cox.net
or
- fax the document to: (480) 507-8614.
The Quote inquiry sketch may be useful when filling out the
RFQ Information Request Form.
